Prenatal Yoga is so beneficial for expecting Moms! In these classes, you will learn proper breathing techniques and pelvic floor exercises to prepare your body for labor and birth. Each class uses a combination of poses for strength, flexibility, and endurance, with opportunities to increase mental awareness, bonding and sharing expectations. Modifications are always offered to ensure you and your baby are comfortable and safe.
