The art of Indian Head Massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing. Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of medicine that has been practiced for over a thousand years.
In this workshop, we will practice a gentle yoga sequence and infuse 37 self Indian Head Massage techniques that focus on the upper back, upper arms, shoulders, neck, head and face. This special sequence offers a balancing effect which allows you to release stress and tension creating a feeling of peace,calmness and well-being.
