SMALL GROUP TRAINING
30 minute SPIN and 30 min HIIT with Jamie!
This 60 minute blast in the morning will include both high intensity cardio and full body strength training.
We will bring up our heart rate and hit all our major muscle groups. We will spend time at the end getting a quality cool down/stretch and have you feeling stronger and all set to face the day!

HIP HOP DANCE LESSONS
Thursdays in November (1, 8, 15, 22 & 29)
(or sign up for both Hip Hop Lessons & Twerkshop for $75+hst)
Join June every Thursday in November and learn a choreographed hip hop dance routine! These classes will be fun AND you'll get a good good workout too! Each week you will learn a portion of the dance, until the entire sequence is learned. Don't be nervous if you're interested - we will all be beginners in this group!
