The first full moon of 2021 is the Wolf Moon - a time for shedding the old and bringing in the new. It's a time right after the winter solstice, representing new beginnings, and the conquering of light over darkness as the days grow longer.

In the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali, the second chapter talks about the ashtanga (8-limbed) yoga system.
The system is presented as a series of practices ~ limbs.
The 5th step or limb is called pratyahara and is defined as "the conscious withdrawal of energy from the senses."
In this unique workshop, we will explore pratyahara by wearing blindfolds for our Yoga practice.
In the past, participants have experienced a deeper, more profound sense of what it means to "be present" and "go within".
